Brad and Christie bring a dynamic blend of leadership, business experience, and operational expertise. Brad has led high-performing sales teams and scaled organizations across industries—from retail and insurance to tech—rooted in a strong work ethic shaped by his early career and farm upbringing. Christie’s background spans retail leadership, fitness instruction, and real estate management. She’s known for her hands-on approach, customer focus, and ability to motivate others. Together, they’re passionate about service, community, and delivering results.

When they're not working, Brad and Christie are often on the sidelines supporting their children in year-round soccer. They love visiting their farm in Virginia, traveling to Ohio to see family, and taking in the coastal beauty near their home. From boating and beach days to hosting gatherings in their backyard, they make the most of every season.
