Kent Tyler is a seasoned senior operating executive with a proven track record of leading and transforming organizations. As the Managing Partner of KPAJ Holdings, an investment and advisory firm he founded in 2016, Kent leverages decades of leadership experience to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.

 

Throughout his career, Kent has held key executive roles and has been known for optimizing processes, driving profitability, and scaling businesses. His expertise spans operational efficiency, lean manufacturing, commercial strategy, and business development.

 

Kent holds a B.S. from Oklahoma State University and an M.S. from Missouri State University. He and his wife, Polly, have been married for over 36 years and have two children.

With experience across multiple industries, he has successfully managed high-value service contracts, led operational improvements, and implemented scalable business solutions.

 

An adept leader, Alex has overseen subcontractor and in-house teams, managed key accounts, and streamlined financial operations. His expertise in CRM and operational software implementation has enhanced efficiency and business performance. Known for his adaptability and problem-solving skills, he is committed to delivering measurable results in dynamic environments.

 

Alex holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, underscoring his dedication to continuous improvement and innovation. He is an avid hiker and book lover who spends weekends exploring local trails or diving into a new read at a favorite coffee shop. Alex is working on becoming semi-fluent in Spanish—prepping for an adventure to South America. Suggestions welcome!
