Known for his ability to translate complex challenges into simple, actionable plans, Todd has led initiatives spanning strategic planning, client relationships, market expansion, and sales and marketing leadership.
At HOMEstretch, Todd leverages proactive communication and thoughtful leadership to simplify the home preparation journey. Outside of work, Todd enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and getting hands-on with DIY projects—bringing the same curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving mindset into both his professional and personal life.
Misty Byers – General Manager
Misty Byers is passionate about creating exceptional experiences and helping homes shine for a smooth, successful sale. With an extensive background in hospitality, marketing, and home staging, she brings a detail-oriented, client-focused approach to every HOMEstretch project.
Known for her collaborative mindset and strategic problem-solving skills, Misty ensures that the behind-the-scenes work is seamless—so clients can focus on what matters most. She understands that moving can be both physically and emotionally demanding, and through HOMEstretch, she helps realtors and homeowners prepare homes quickly and efficiently, minimizing stress while maximizing value.
Outside of work, Misty enjoys hiking, gardening, tending her flower farm, volunteering, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her beloved animals.
Alexa O’Daniel – Business Development Manager
Alexa O’Daniel is a client-focused professional with experience spanning real estate and operations. She has supported buyers and investors across residential and multifamily transactions, giving her firsthand insight into how homes should be prepared and positioned for success in today’s market.
